Highest Quality Plating
Quality Tin Plating Service
E.C. Williams Ltd. has been supplying a tin plating service for over 90 years. Today we have a modern, state of the art processing plant. It is capable of providing a wide variety of electroplating services, to meet the demands of our industrial customers.
Our main activity is in the tin electroplating of components, for both the electrical and electro-mechanical industries.
The combination of barrel and vat processing facilities give us the ability to plate small components. For example, contacts and fasteners, as well as larger pressings and castings.
During the tin plating process, we are able to control deposits from 2 to 25 microns. As well, we offer post tin plating treatments – such as anti-tarnish dips and lubricants.
We plate onto most substrates, including tin plating copper, phosphor bronze, brass, steel and zinc die-casts.
Ensuring High Quality and Competitive Rates
In addition to ensuring the very highest quality, our tin plating departments also offer high capacity. This ensures our tin plating process can meet the demands of industry, in terms of speedy turnaround and both large and small batch sizes.
This flexible capacity, together with a system of very accurate pricing, ensures that our rates are consistently competitive.
To certify the coating thickness, we have X-Ray Fluorescence test equipment. This equipment quickly and accurately reports the exact amount of tin deposited.
