We supply zinc plating services to the automotive, fastener and pressings industries. We specialise in the barrel plating of small components such as turned parts, pressings and fasteners. The majority of our work is to OEM and international specifications requiring controlled deposit thicknesses as well as those aiming to achieve defined levels of corrosion resistance.
We offer a comprehensive range of post plating treatments:
- Trivalent passivates (yellow, clear and black)
- Hexavalent passivates (yellow and olive drab green)
- JS500 sealant
- Torque controller
- Hydrogen De-embrittlement

State of the art equipment
To certify the coating thickness, we have X-Ray Fluorescence test equipment. This equipment quickly and accurately reports the exact amount of zinc deposited.
With our in-house laboratory and trained zinc electroplate technicians, we ensure that our zinc plate solutions are analysed and operated within their optimum parameters.
Unfaltering quality every time
This helps us to ensure that we maintain excellent consistency for all of our zinc plated finishes and zinc passivation. For automotive applications we offer PPAP Level 3 support as well as IMDS information.
